These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and RY36 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ry36 website located at https://ry36.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery, and poker.

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the ry36 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall Agreement governing your use of ry36.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an active account on thery36 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You areat least 21 years of age. RY36 does not accept registrations from individuals under this age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of ry36, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account on thery36 platform that was suspended, closed for cause, or banned for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting freely and not under the influence of any third party, syndicate, or organisation seeking to exploit the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
• You are in good health to make decisions regarding gambling activities and are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary cooling-off period.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ry36 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Malaysian contact number, and a functioning email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and kept current throughout your membership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. RY36 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

RY36 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a detailed justification, provided that any outstanding real-money balance (net of bonuses) is returned to the Member promptly upon closure where applicable.

All deposits on the ry36 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. RY36 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ry36 platform:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX — supporting Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank
• Direct Bank Transfer

Members must only deposit funds from payment sources registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension pending investigation. RY36 reserves the right to alter, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Member's account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Estimated processing timelines by method are as follows:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes following approval

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Members who have not completed full identity verification may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals. RY36 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawal of real-money funds prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements attached to an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings.

RY36 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions (including Chinese New Year and other Malaysian festive promotions) to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to one eligible account per person, household, per IP address, and per device.
2. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
3. Bonus funds may only be used for eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game types (e.g., live sports markets) may contribute differently to wagering turnover requirements.
4. Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically voided.
5. RY36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
6. VIP Program rewards are governed by the specific VIP Programme terms applicable to each tier, which may be updated from time to time.

All bets and wagers placed on the ry36 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game category or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the relevant game rules.

RY36 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after an event has concluded or after market has been officially closed
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through exploitation of a system error, software malfunction, or pricing anomaly
• The outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed
• The bet forms part of a pattern indicative of match-fixing, insider information, or syndicate wagering
• The bet was placed by an ineligible account or in breach of these Terms

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the decision of the ry36 platform — following review by the relevant game or data provider — shall be final and binding. All sporting results are settled in accordance with official sources.

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the ry36 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered under other individuals' identities
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit games without explicit written authorisation from RY36
• Coluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towardsry36 staff or other Members via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made via the platform
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from RY36

RY36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or where suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with applicable regulations, or safeguard other Members.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance held at the time of suspension will be preserved until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a material breach, RY36 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the circumstances.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gambling grounds — may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Verified real-money balances (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe following confirmation of identity.

RY36 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we actively support Members who may be experiencing difficulties in maintaining control of their gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to allry36 Members at no cost, directly within the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your account
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses over a specified period
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic session reminders or hard cut-offs to limit continuous play
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and net wagering position
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently)
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform without formally self-excluding

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RY36 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance periods
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Decisions made by sporting or regulatory bodies affecting the settlement of a bet
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security
• Your reliance on information provided on the platform for any purpose other than for participation in platform services

RY36 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond the provision of online gaming and betting services to eligible Members. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

All content on the ry36 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and all other visual or functional elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of RY36 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of RY36 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

RY36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is clearly stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ry36 platform following the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as set out in Clause 10.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the Member and RY36 shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable.

If a formal complaint cannot be resolved to the Member's satisfaction through our internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or consumer protection body applicable in their jurisdiction.
